THAT TIME I CRAFTED A SHOOT AROUND AN OLD VINTAGE GAS STATION

I’m fully aware that people probably think I’m crazy when I say things like “yeah I have this vision of you guys at an old gas station in wedding attire,” or “what if we did a bridal look.. but it’s coastal grandma,” but those shoots always end up being my favorite.

This vintage gas station thing was actually my moms idea. She had seen one in a Facebook group and sent it to me, and I immediately started trying to figure out ways that I could play with that. Baylee’s look had been collecting dust for awhile in my box of “shoot things,” but I loved that it had a bit of a casual, editorial feel to it, because that’s exactly what I was picturing for this. In my head it was the coolest thing.

We only needed 45 minutes to shoot because somehow B + A just understood what I was going for. These feel like a mix of waiting for the bus and grungey 70’s album cover, and it turned out to be the coolest thing.
