LOW KEY LOVERS - A CONCEPT BORN FROM TAYLOR SWIFT’S “COWBOY LIKE ME”

So this one was part of my October 3rd content day here in Dallas, and damn, I’m proud of it. It’s a concept born from listening to Taylor Swift’s “cowboy like me” on repeat one too many times. 2 nomadic lovers hanging out at home, being low key, just enjoying each other’s presence.

The original plan was for this to be an all inside thing. We never intended to end up outside, but there was a bit of a hiccup in communication with the studio host! While we were waiting to hear back, we ended up downstairs, exploring what felt like little nooks and crannies of the streets of NYC. And it could not have been more perfect.

Walking inside the space, I was in love. It was minimalistic and organic, but still had a sense of the industrial. We went for a bit more of an intimate approach and had Haley and Brady change into something more relaxed for contrast. Their posing inside was a lot more magazine editorial leaning cozy couples session, which is exactly what I had wanted. I bought some vintage briefcases specifically for this look back in June, and to see them fit so perfectly with it altogether was a dream.
